ELEVATE YOUR
BROTHERHOOD
A movement of fathers building real friendship across Dallas–Fort Worth. Cookouts, cigar nights, fishing, poker and ball games — and a table where a guy who shows up on his own does not leave on his own.
A MOVEMENT BUILT FOR DADS & BROTHERHOOD
We are committed to helping fathers connect, share, and show up across DFW. It is not a drinking club and not an empty networking group. It is cookouts, cigar nights, fishing, poker, ball games, and guys who have your back.
REAL GATHERINGS
Cookouts, cigars, fishing, poker, and ball games where you pay for what you order.
ZERO RECIPROCITY GATES
Help is a gift, never a score or debt. We show up for dads in a bind.
NO MAN ALONE
A confidential ask box for the hard weeks. Someone answers, and nobody keeps score.
SERVICE PROJECTS
Dads with tools, trucks and a free Saturday, showing up for neighbors who need a hand.
FOUR REASONS DADS KEEP SHOWING UP
Friendship you do not have to work for. Show up once and you are in.
SEE WHAT’S ONA STANDING INVITATION
Something on the calendar most weeks across twelve DFW cities. Come once, come every time, or come back after six months away.
NO COVER, NO DUES
Being part of Dad Squad costs nothing. Show up, pay for whatever you order, go home. That is the whole arrangement.
GUYS WHO ANSWER
A moving truck, a hospital waiting room, a bad month. Dads here turn up for each other and nobody keeps a ledger.
THE BROTHERHOOD
A brotherhood of local dads who actually show up for each other. Faces you recognize, guys who have your back.
SOMEBODY ANSWERS WHEN YOU ASK
Every dad hits a stretch he would rather not explain to anyone. Post it in the ask box, name it out loud or keep it quiet, and dads in your city pick it up. No score, no debt, no owing anybody afterward.
FIND THE SQUAD NEAREST YOU
Mansfield, Frisco, Southlake, Bedford and eight more, each run by dads who live there.
DADS WITH TOOLS AND TIME
A ramp, a roof, a yard nobody has touched in a year. We put a Saturday on it.
SHOWING UP IS NOT ONLY SOCIAL
Half of what this squad does never lands on a calendar. A man has a week he did not plan for, and the guys move.
MEAL TRAINS
We ask the men in each squad when their babies are due, and we write it down. When yours arrives, food starts turning up. It is organized before you have to think about it, cooked by dads in your own city who remember exactly how long those first two weeks are.
We have run them for a man in a hospital waiting room and for a family in the middle of something nobody saw coming. It is the same idea either way: you should not be figuring out dinner on the worst week of your year.
You never have to ask. Your squad leader already knows, because he asked you first.
MOVING DAY
The truck, the stairs and four men who turn a whole Saturday into two hours.
TOOLS AND A TRUCK
A tree down across the drive, a fence gone, a trailer somebody needs for an afternoon.
WORK ON THE HOUSE
A ramp before somebody comes home, a roof, the yard nobody has been able to face in a year.
A RIDE AND A SEAT
An airport run, a lift to an appointment, and somebody sitting with you at the one you were dreading.
Nobody keeps score and nobody owes anybody afterward. That is not a slogan, it is the rule — the moment help becomes a debt, the men who need it most stop asking. See what the squads have been working on.

Being a Dad Squad member costs nothing and always will — every gathering on this page is open to you either way. DadSquad+ is a $5.99 pass some guys pick up for discounts at partner spots, and it helps cover what the events cost to run. Skip it and you are still one of us.

ANSWERS TO YOUR COMMON QUESTIONS
DO I HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING TO COME?
No. Being a Dad Squad member is free and there are no dues. Show up to a cookout, a cigar night, a ball game or a breakfast, pay for whatever you order like anyone else, and go home. That is the whole deal.
I DO NOT KNOW ANYBODY. IS THAT WEIRD?
It is how most of us started. Plenty of guys walk into their first one alone, and somebody at that table has done the exact same thing. You do not need an invitation, a referral or a reason.
WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS AT A GATHERING?
Cookouts, cigar nights, fishing, poker, trivia, watch parties, breakfasts and service projects. It is not a drinking club and it is not a networking group with a name tag table. It is dads in the same city getting to know each other.
WHAT IF I ACTUALLY NEED HELP WITH SOMETHING?
Put it in the ask box. Name yourself or stay anonymous, whichever you can manage that day. Dads in your city pick it up. Nobody scores it, nobody keeps a tally, and you do not owe anyone afterward.
SO WHAT IS DADSQUAD+ THEN?
An optional $5.99 pass. It adds discounts at partner restaurants, barbers, cigar lounges and family spots, a wallet pass on your phone, and it helps cover what the events cost to put on. It is not a ticket to anything — the gatherings are open to you without it. See what it includes.
HOW DOES A BUSINESS GET INVOLVED?
If a Dad Squad member owns it, the directory listing is free. Everyone else can join the DadSquad+ program or be featured as a preferred partner. Start here.
UPCOMING SQUAD GATHERINGS
Cigar nights, cookouts, watch parties, trivia and breakfasts. Zero dues to show up.
WHAT OUR DADS SAY ABOUT DADSQUAD
Twelve squads, tables filling up every week, and friendships that outlast whatever brought a guy through the door the first time.
FIND A GATHERING"I moved here two years ago and barely knew anyone. Showed up to a Tuesday meetup on my own, and it clicked. I've met more dads in 3 months than I had in 3 years. Nobody asked me for anything. The guys are why I keep coming back."
